About the role
- SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant analyzing and designing customer service processes at Wavestone. Collaborating with various teams and optimizing processes using SAP solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and document customer service processes in SAP S/4HANA Service
- Take responsibility for requirements gathering and create functional specifications
- Configure and develop SAP S/4HANA Service (including service/CS order types, partner determination, pricing)
- Execute tests and support project teams during rollout
- Collaborate closely with adjacent processes such as Order-to-Cash (SD), Source-to-Pay (MM), and Acquire-to-Decommission (EAM)
- Support technical topics such as code analysis and basic debugging in ABAP
- Advise business units on process optimizations and best practices
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Business Informatics (Information Systems)
- 2–3 years of experience configuring SAP S/4HANA Service Management or, alternatively, SAP Customer Service
- Solid experience with customer service processes and proven skills in requirements analysis
- Knowledge of adjacent SAP processes such as Order-to-Cash (SD), Source-to-Pay (MM), and Acquire-to-Decommission (EAM) is a plus
- Hands-on experience reading ABAP code and performing basic debugging tasks
- Proficient in process documentation and producing clear, traceable specifications
- Open-minded and quick to grasp new topics
- Fluent in German and English and willing to travel
