Responsibilities
Expanding our Insurance International Team as a Managing Consultant Reinsurance in Germany, Spain, Austria, Italy, Romania, Poland, Switzerland.
Expect exciting projects with focus on digital transformation and modernization of reinsurance business models, processes, and platforms.
Support and advise our reinsurance clients on the digital transformation of their assumed or retro reinsurance business (P&C and L&H).
Support the entire lifecycle of system modernization or implementation of state-of-the-art reinsurance platforms including business analysis, system selection, system integration, process engineering and design of target operating models.
Design end-to-end solutions within Pricing, Data Strategy, Data Management, Underwriting, Claims Management, Technical Accounting and Finance.
Apply AI-driven insights and tools to enhance process efficiency, strengthen analytics, and support the modernization of reinsurance operations.
Take over leadership responsibility for younger colleagues in the team.
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in management consulting or in an insurance company with a focus on insurance, reinsurance or specialty/commercial business.
Interested in AI technologies and their application to enhance reinsurance processes and drive data-driven transformation.
Successfully completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
Excellent English skills.
Willing to travel (from time to time) within Europe.
