About the role

• Managing Consultant Reinsurance collaborating with clients on digital transformation in the insurance industry. Leading projects and providing strategic insights across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Expanding our Insurance International Team as a Managing Consultant Reinsurance in Germany, Spain, Austria, Italy, Romania, Poland, Switzerland.
• Expect exciting projects with focus on digital transformation and modernization of reinsurance business models, processes, and platforms.
• Support and advise our reinsurance clients on the digital transformation of their assumed or retro reinsurance business (P&C and L&H).
• Support the entire lifecycle of system modernization or implementation of state-of-the-art reinsurance platforms including business analysis, system selection, system integration, process engineering and design of target operating models.
• Design end-to-end solutions within Pricing, Data Strategy, Data Management, Underwriting, Claims Management, Technical Accounting and Finance.
• Apply AI-driven insights and tools to enhance process efficiency, strengthen analytics, and support the modernization of reinsurance operations.
• Take over leadership responsibility for younger colleagues in the team.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in management consulting or in an insurance company with a focus on insurance, reinsurance or specialty/commercial business.
• Interested in AI technologies and their application to enhance reinsurance processes and drive data-driven transformation.
• Successfully completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Excellent English skills.
• Willing to travel (from time to time) within Europe.
