- Independently lead complex insurance transformation projects
- Full responsibility for projects at the intersection of business and IT
- Strategically expand the consulting portfolio
- Focus on innovative topics such as customer experience, omnichannel sales, claims management, AI, core platforms, account management, or digital finance
- Acquire and manage clients through targeted sales activities
- Actively contribute to RFPs, pitches and other sales initiatives

Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a consultant in a management consultancy, insurer, InsurTech or an insurance-related start-up
- Proven experience leading complex projects using traditional and agile methods and managing interdisciplinary teams
- Solid expertise in insurance transformation, digitalization strategies and technology-driven business models
- Strong sales and business development mindset with experience in RFPs and pitches
- Willingness to expand an existing network in the insurance industry
- Interest in AI applications
- University degree in business informatics, computer science, economics, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Fluent German and English skills and willingness to travel within the DACH region
