Responsibilities
Partner with the Head of Brand Design and Art Direction Lead to develop and evolve waterdrop’s visual identity
Lead brand design projects end to end
Define and safeguard a consistent brand experience across all channels
Create premium design solutions that balance aesthetics with functionality
Lead the design of high-quality campaign assets
Collaborate with product, e-commerce, retail, and marketing teams
Mentor junior designers and provide feedback
Manage and collaborate with external agencies and production partners
Stay ahead of design, cultural, and industry trends
Continuously improve design processes and asset management
Ensure accurate preparation of artwork
Requirements
At least 5 years of professional experience as a Brand Designer or in a comparable design role
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Advanced experience with Figma
A strong, refined visual aesthetic with a focus on clean, minimalistic design
Comprehensive understanding of digital and print production
A strategic and hands-on mindset
A strong, senior-level portfolio that clearly demonstrates your craft
Fluency in English; additional languages are considered a plus
