Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 2 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area.
- Proven expertise in financial analysis, planning, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Strong management skills with experience leading teams and developing talent.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and senior management.
- Experience in creating financial models and presentations to guide business performance and risk mitigation.
- Aptitude for identifying improvement opportunities and driving continuous learning and process enhancements.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on building strong relationships and accountability.
