- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to make design trade-offs.
- Understanding of cloud technology (architecture and deployments).
- Expertise with Relational and/or NoSQL Database.
- Experience with CI/CD and operational excellence best practices.
- Experience with backend languages such as Java, Python, or NodeJs.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, CSS, HTML5 and front-end state management solutions such as Redux, Recoil, MobX, or similar.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Mentoring/coaching junior engineers in technical problem solving and career advancement.
