Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area and 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related field, or 8 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
- Deep proficiency in Java, J2EE, and Spring Framework
- AI/ML experience including GenAI experience in last 2 years
- Hands-on delivery for quick prototyping and POCs
- Solid understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture and hands-on experience building RESTful web services
- Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and database concepts, with expertise in SQL/No SQL databases
- Proven ability to build, lead, mentor, and influence high-performing, globally distributed engineering teams
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Hands-on experience in building scalable cloud-native software platforms/applications
- Strong understanding and experience in the area of software development lifecycle in Java/J2EE
- Strong understanding of architecture and messaging (Kafka services)
