Responsibilities
- Own the execution for specific services, platforms, or pipelines for developer experience
- Lead the design and development of robust, modular, cloud-native software systems and AI agents
- Integrate external and internal AI/ML components for intelligent automation and user-facing experiences
- Optimize systems and drive continuous improvement
- Identify and address architectural bottlenecks, integration challenges, or scaling limitations across systems
- Champion friction/toil reduction by automating manual processes and improving system developer experience
- Encourage experimentation and learning to drive ongoing improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
- 8 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
- AI/ML experience including GenAI experience in last 2 years
- Hands-on delivery for quick prototyping and POCs
- Experience working with industry products for GenAI code generation, Agent builders, open source libraries, Agentic CLI and IDE tools
- Experience with developer workflows in enterprise with multi-cloud architectures
- Platform delivery with product mindset and customer backward thinking.
