- Promote the professional and personal development of the team
- Expand and implement quality assurance and automated testing
- Technical support of projects – from concept to implementation
- Efficient management of ongoing projects and continuous evolution of the system architecture
Requirements
- Several years of experience in software development
- Ideally with experience as a Fullstack developer
- C++, C# and Python are part of your daily toolkit
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Strong understanding of complex systems and modern software architectures
- Experience in team leadership or willingness to take responsibility for a development team
- Knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and CI/CD-based testing
- Use of or interest in AI-assisted tools in software development
- Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
