Responsibilities
Develop, maintain and deploy high-performance algorithms based on Payload Image Data
Produce high-quality code conforming to design and functional requirements
Include validation plans to ensure fully unit-tested code before integration
Select and integrate suitable technologies and frameworks for near real-time algorithms
Perform thorough and thoughtful code reviews
Requirements
3+ years of professional software development experience
Proven record of deploying algorithms to production
Strong background in software engineering, image processing and mathematical algorithms
Very strong programming skills in Python
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with onboard or embedded systems (real-time or near real-time constraints) is a plus
Familiarity with hardware acceleration: SIMD, FPGA, or dedicated vision accelerators such as DPU’s
