About the role

• IT Specialist managing customer systems and infrastructure onsite. Involves strong expertise in Microsoft tools and a collaborative team environment for modern IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• You operate and administer our customers' existing IT and data center infrastructure — reliably, in a structured way, and with a focus on stability.
• You work with Windows Server operating systems and Microsoft applications such as Exchange, SQL, file and print services, and more.
• Whether it's expansions, upgrades or migrations — you actively contribute to projects.
• With a careful eye on our IT, you ensure that outages have no chance.
• Microsoft 365 also lands on your desk from time to time — variety guaranteed.

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT Specialist in Systems Integration or equivalent experience.
• Solid Microsoft knowledge (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, etc.).
• Willingness to learn and work with storage, virtualization, backup or networking — or already some experience in these areas.
• Enjoy troubleshooting, openness to new technologies, and the mindset that mistakes are opportunities to learn.
