Responsibilities
Monitor and support operations areas regarding KPI and process management and the CoE management model;
Maintain, develop and promote the use of internal governance tools;
Critically analyze, develop and produce reports and management dashboards based on service and process indicators for management, clients and the executive board;
Identify opportunities to leverage process productivity through the adoption of new technologies;
Facilitate the execution of continuous improvement projects, conducting root cause analysis and corrective actions;
Ensure that all activities related to compliance with the QMS manual are carried out in accordance with ISO 9001:2015;
Design, administer and analyze results of satisfaction and benchmark surveys for internal, external and executive stakeholders;
Maintain direct relationships with CoE Operations areas across multiple hierarchical levels.
Requirements
Required knowledge and skills:
Critical thinking, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate across multiple hierarchical levels;
Good planning and organizational skills, initiative and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment;
Advanced Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint;
Statistics, development and validation of calculation metrics using databases;
Indicator-driven management model and ISO 9001;
Lean office, continuous improvement tools, PDCA, Six Sigma;
Systemic view of processes, workflow design and a proactive attitude toward identifying improvements;
Black Belt or continuous improvement certification (preferred).
