About the role

• Consultant in IA Engineering integrating the Votorantim Excellence Center to work on Analytics solutions. Developing AI solutions and Machine Learning models in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the agentic pipeline for coordinated execution of multiple AI agents.
• Implement interaction flows between agents (planning, execution, validation, information retrieval).
• Integrate generative AI models and LLMs with enterprise systems via APIs and microservices.
• Implement state, memory, context and persistence mechanisms for agents.
• Ensure quality, performance, observability and reliability of solutions.
• Contribute to architecture definitions, technical standards and Center of Excellence (CoE) best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical support to other engineers.
• Evaluate and adopt new approaches, frameworks and tools for Agentic AI.

Requirements

• Software engineering (Python preferred).
• Generative AI and LLMs in production environments.
• Microservices architectures and integration via APIs.
• Intelligent workflows, autonomous systems or process orchestration.
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering and context management.
• Cloud (Azure preferred) and containers (Docker).
• Bachelor's degree required.
