About the role

• SAP Real Estate Expert managing customer-specific SAP processes for banks, insurance companies, and real estate businesses. Leading projects and enhancing customer engagement in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities

• Our company focuses on real estate business processes and their implementation in our clients' SAP systems.
• As a Senior Consultant, you will quickly become familiar with client-specific requirements and will rapidly take on subproject and project leadership responsibilities.
• Together with the team, you are responsible for providing expert support to our clients.
• You identify and assess optimization opportunities in business processes and their IT implementation at our clients together with the team.
• You actively support business development activities and develop functional specifications for in-house product development.

Requirements

• You have a degree in business administration, economics, or a technical discipline, ideally with a focus on real estate, or an equivalent qualification.
• You have at least 4 years of professional experience in the real estate sector.
• You have solid SAP experience in mapping real estate business processes.
• Relevant experience in modules such as PS, PM, MM, RE-FX or Finance is mandatory.
• You have independently implemented several relevant SAP projects in the real estate environment, not only supported them.
• You are able to independently gather client-specific requirements, analyze them thoroughly, and translate them into viable solutions.
• You can confidently represent subject-matter topics to clients, prepare decisions, and independently structure and drive tasks forward.
• You work precisely, take responsibility, and maintain high quality standards.
• You are team- and service-oriented and interact with clients in a confident and professional manner.
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills in German and good command of English.
• You are proficient in MS Office.
