- Maintain QA reports highlighting error trends, compliance rates, and improvement areas.
- Track and document guideline updates and disseminate them to the team.
- Communicate quality metrics transparently to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, or related field.
- Prior experience in data annotation, labeling, or QA roles (preferred).
- Strong understanding of annotation tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, training, and mentorship skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- At least 1 year of Quality Assurance experience.
