About the role

• Head of Operations Strategy overseeing scalable operations for Voi in UK & Ireland. Defining operational models and driving performance alignment across local markets and central functions.

Responsibilities

• As Head of Operations Strategy (UK & Ireland) you will report to the General Manager - UK&I and set Voi’s operations strategy across the region.
• Define operating models, optimise cost and performance, and ensure strong alignment between local markets and central functions to support business growth and operational excellence.
• Set, communicate and implement the regional operations strategy in close partnership with local and central stakeholders.
• Develop and evolve operating models (including 3PL, workforce management, and service design) to enable scalable and efficient operations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost performance.
• Oversee unit economics, ride performance, and utilisation to inform city-level P&L decisions and market profitability.
• Build and evolve performance frameworks (KPIs, dashboards, routines) and oversee data and platform management across the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, business or similar.
• 6-10 years’ experience in operations strategy, logistics/field operations, or a high-growth environment.
• Proven experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost performance.
• Strong analytical capability with experience in deep data analysis and translating insights into strategy.
• Experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of operational models, including 3PL and workforce management.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience using AI in a role-specific context, with a focus on continuously improving output quality.
