About the role
- Technical Consultant supporting customers with troubleshooting and training in mechanical engineering. Involved in client support, project planning, and technical analysis.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to our customers and analyze and resolve faults
- Plan installation/service assignments and manage the commercial and administrative processing
- Assess emergency repairs, prepare repair quotes and supervise their implementation
- Provide technical support and training to our OEM and service-base partners
- Serve as support for the on-call emergency service
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training or qualification as a mechanical engineering technician
- Desire to work in a motivated and friendly team
- Independent and systematic working style
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Ideally, experience with proAlpha
- Good German and English language skills
