About the role
- Junior Budget Analyst managing budget data and solving issues using Jira for GOL Linhas Aéreas. Collaborating across various departments for effective financial management.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the focal point for a portfolio of areas on budget matters, driving requests and resolving issues with a results-oriented approach;
- Ensure the quality of the budget database, especially the cost center data, which is essential to produce reliable information to support management;
- Extract OPEX reports from SAP to build budget databases and dashboards;
- Participate in the procurement process, opening purchase requisitions (PR), issuing purchase orders (PO) and managing the flow of invoices (NFs) through to payment;
- Manage suppliers, schedules and budgets, ensuring deliveries with quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields (diploma or proof of graduation);
- Experience working with and cleansing databases;
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
- Intermediate English;
- Advanced Excel experience;
- Knowledge of Spanish.
