Responsibilities
Client service;
Quoting, planning and operational execution of charter flights;
Interact with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure efficient execution of charter operations;
Relationship-building and coordination to identify opportunities to increase revenue;
Monitor performance indicators and customer satisfaction;
Organization, focus and agility in service delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Commercial Management, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields;
Proficiency with Navitaire tools - Skyspeed, Go Now;
Skills in mathematics and logical reasoning;
Results-oriented;
Ownership mindset;
Good interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation abilities;
Flexibility and assertiveness.
The following are a plus:
• Previous experience performing the activities described in this role;
• Experience in corporate service, MICE or events;
• Knowledge of English or Spanish;
• Microsoft Office Suite - Excel intermediate/advanced;
• Familiarity with data analysis and operations optimization.
