About the role
- Cloud Platform Engineer responsible for GCP operations and Terraform automation for Vodafone's global projects. Collaborating across teams to ensure reliable and efficient cloud solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage GCP operations and ensure platform reliability.
- Develop and maintain Terraform code for GCP resource creation and configuration.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GoCD.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on platform upgrades and perform root cause analysis for issues.
- Analyse and implement solutions based on global and local requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience working with Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Terraform resource creation and deployment using CI/CD tools.
- Proficient in CI/CD pipeline management with tools like Jenkins and GoCD.
- Preferably certified as Associate Terraform and/or GCP Associate.
- Familiarity with agile and lean methodologies.
