About the role
- Senior IoT Service Consultant Lead at Vodafone, guiding IoT service function and supporting global IoT customers with strategic oversight and team management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of IoT Service Consultants, providing direction and oversight across multiple IoT service areas.
- Lead strategy development for proactive technical customer engagement, ensuring strong and sustainable service relationships.
- Oversee IoT Service Consultancy activities, including service improvements, preventive and end-to-end operational assessments.
- Perform contract validation from a service perspective for bespoke IoT agreements.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support operational delivery and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Fluent English speaker with native-level German and an additional European language.
- Experienced in ITIL Foundation, with knowledge of CSI and Operations.
- Skilled in project management with strong technical expertise in IoT.
- Effective communicator and negotiator, capable of developing and realising strategic goals.
- Knowledgeable about E2E IoT operations, industry specialisations, and IoT regulatory, legal, and commercial frameworks.
- Experienced in people leadership, with the ability to guide teams of 4–10 direct reports.
- Hold a university or MA degree.
