Responsibilities
As Manager, Privacy & Security, you will be responsible for redesigning and further developing the Privacy Management and Data Compliance framework.
Taking on tasks within the Privacy Assurance program to ensure a high level of data protection across the company.
Actively managing the interface with supervisory authorities (BNetzA, BfDI, BSI, etc.) and handling related communications.
Independently conducting data protection assessments of products, systems and innovative Vodafone initiatives, including related contractual structures.
Independently analyzing and assessing any incidents, supporting the implementation of required notifications to authorities and affected individuals, and coordinating remedial measures within the business units.
Requirements
A completed degree in Computer Science, Law, Economics, Public Administration or a comparable qualification with a focus on the areas mentioned above.
At least 7 years of professional experience, with a focus on data protection.
Additional certifications or qualifications in data protection or information security are desirable.
Flexibility, resilience, and strong teamwork and conflict‑resolution skills.
Interest in — and ideally in‑depth knowledge of — project management methodologies and process management.
Ability to build and maintain networks.
Business‑fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 CEFR).
