About the role
- QA E-commerce professional ensuring quality and reliability of e-commerce projects at VO2 Group. Involved in testing, validation, and compliance of user stories and features.
Responsibilities
- Functional acceptance testing: validate User Stories delivered by the team and verify they meet the acceptance criteria.
- E-commerce functional testing: write and execute test cases for key flows (navigation, product detail page, cart, checkout, customer account, back-office).
- UI / front-end compliance: verify that front-end development accurately matches mockups and UI/UX specifications, identify discrepancies and communicate them to technical teams.
- Validation of changes: validate new features, fixes, and updates before production release.
- Issue management: identify, qualify, track and retest bugs in collaboration with product and development teams.
- Quality & performance: monitor load times, content consistency, and adherence to basic UX and SEO best practices.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in QA / functional testing on web or e-commerce projects.
- Ability to understand functional specifications and communicate effectively with various stakeholders (technical teams, product teams, agencies, etc.).
- Proficiency with ticketing and test management tools (Jira / Monday).
- Proficiency in Figma and Dev Mode to analyze and verify interface compliance.
- Meticulousness, curiosity, attention to detail and a desire to grow your skills in a demanding digital environment.
- Professional English (regular interactions with international teams and vendors).
