Responsibilities
- Direction Scientifique & Recherche : Collaborer avec différentes Practices pour identifier des problématiques métier complexes.
- Veille SOTA : Assurer une veille constante sur les dernières publications pour positionner le Lab sur des sujets innovants.
- Expérimentation : Prototyper des solutions d'IA avancées.
- Valorisation Scientifique : Rédiger les états de l'art et les livrables techniques.
- Pilotage du CIR & Compliance : Assurer la rédaction du dossier technique pour le CIR.
- People Management : Encadrer et animer au quotidien deux profils techniques.
Requirements
- Formation : Vous êtes titulaire d’un Doctorat (PhD) ou d’un Master de Recherche en Intelligence Artificielle, Mathématiques Appliquées ou Informatique.
- Expertise Technique : Maîtrise avancée de l’écosystème Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, LangChain).
- Capacité à implémenter des architectures de recherche issues de papiers scientifiques.
- Expérience CIR : Vous avez déjà évolué dans un environnement de recherche privée et comprenez les impératifs de documentation fiscale et scientifique.
- Langues : Anglais professionnel requis.
