Responsibilities
- Drive product strategy and roadmap execution through advanced backlog management, stakeholder alignment, and product vision leadership.
- Collaborate with product managers to set product priorities, manage stakeholder interests, and bridge technical and business requirements.
- Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage the backlog, write user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and act as the voice of the customer within the Agile framework.
- Translate market insights into actionable requirements, prioritize features, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure cross-functional alignment for successful product development, focusing on business outcomes.
Requirements
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience required.
- Experience in the Healthcare industry involving Business-to-Business (B2B) data integrations, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and related exchange protocols required.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment required.
- Experience with Vizient Operational Database or ODB (formerly Action OI) preferred.
- Experience with Payroll, GL, and other operational and financial data desired.
- Experience leading multiple teams and large, complex projects desired.
- Requires strong leadership skills with the ability to manage through influence and persuasiveness.
- Willingness to travel.
