About the role

• Consultor SAP SD expert managing sales and billing processes at Vivo. Involved in customer requirements and cross-module integrations utilizing SAP technologies.

Responsibilities

• Solid experience in the SAP SD module.
• Gather and elicit requirements from business stakeholders.
• Configure and customize the SAP SD module according to specifications.
• Integrate SAP SD with other modules (MM, FI, etc.).
• Prepare functional and technical documentation.
• Execute unit and integration testing.
• Support end users during UAT/homologation and post-go-live phases.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and SAP best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related technology field.
• Experience with tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
• Experience in telecommunications or large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of high-volume and mass billing processes.
• Agile methodology certification.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP and S/4HANA.
• **Differentials:**
• SAP SD certification.
• Intermediate English.
• Basic ABAP knowledge for debugging.
