  • Consultant in Financial Planning and Control at Vivo in São Paulo, collaborating with experienced professionals to enhance processes and achieve better results.

Responsibilities

  • Solid experience in financial and budgetary planning;
  • Proven ability to structure, monitor, and analyze financial planning processes, including the preparation of budgets, revenue and expense projections, as well as the control of investments (CAPEX) and operating expenses (OPEX). Experience identifying improvement opportunities and developing strategies to ensure the efficient use of the organization’s resources;
  • Strong command of project management methodologies and tools, from scope definition to monitoring timelines, costs, risks, and deliverables. Experience validating requirements and overseeing projects focused on investment and expense efficiency, ensuring objectives are met and add value to the company;
  • Extensive familiarity with analytics software and platforms such as advanced Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, among others, for data manipulation, report and dashboard creation, and analysis of financial performance indicators. Ability to extract strategic insights that support decision-making and the monitoring of results;
  • Ability to establish clear and objective communication with different areas of the company, clients, and partners, facilitating agreements and alignments necessary for the progress of activities. Skilled at presenting technical information in an accessible way, promoting transparency, and mediating conflicts to achieve the best outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields, providing a solid foundation of theoretical and practical knowledge essential for duties related to financial planning, control, and project management;
  • Relevant academic qualifications;
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools, business intelligence, and data analytics;
  • Advanced knowledge of project management.
