Responsibilities
We are looking for a (Junior) Marketing Manager — motivated, versatile and with a hands-on mentality
In this role you will work closely with our Senior Marketing Manager and support a variety of exciting projects — from content creation, digital performance and campaign execution to design
Content Creation & Distribution (40%): Develop new marketing materials for healthcare professionals and patients (print, website, blog, newsletter, whitepapers)
Support the development of a content calendar and maintain an overview of marketing materials and their updates
Email, fax & direct marketing: Draft, design and execute multi-channel campaigns
Digital & Performance Marketing (30%): Campaign support — assist in setting up, monitoring and optimizing digital advertising campaigns
Reporting & Analysis: Monitor, analyze and evaluate key marketing metrics (website traffic, campaign performance, conversion rates) and create dashboards
Support SEO initiatives and perform keyword research to improve organic search rankings
Graphic Design & Visual Assets (20%): Create, adapt and format visual assets for digital ads, social media posts, banners, flyers, etc. — primarily using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express or basic Photoshop/Illustrator (proficiency in at least one is required)
Ensure all visual and written materials adhere to brand guidelines and the company’s tone of voice
Marketing & Administration (10%): General administrative support and project management
Requirements
Completed vocational training (e.g., in dialog marketing, content or media management) or a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
1–3 years of professional experience in a marketing role (internships count)
Proven ability to write clear, persuasive and grammatically correct marketing copy
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Basic working knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Familiarity with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools such as Canva or the Adobe Creative Suite (basic Photoshop/Illustrator) to create and edit simple assets
Comfortable working with Google Workspace, JIRA and Slack
Very good German and English language skills complete your profile
