About the role

  • (Junior) Marketing Manager role supporting content creation, digital performance, and campaign execution in a healthcare startup. Collaborating closely with senior management and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a (Junior) Marketing Manager — motivated, versatile and with a hands-on mentality
  • In this role you will work closely with our Senior Marketing Manager and support a variety of exciting projects — from content creation, digital performance and campaign execution to design
  • Content Creation & Distribution (40%): Develop new marketing materials for healthcare professionals and patients (print, website, blog, newsletter, whitepapers)
  • Support the development of a content calendar and maintain an overview of marketing materials and their updates
  • Email, fax & direct marketing: Draft, design and execute multi-channel campaigns
  • Digital & Performance Marketing (30%): Campaign support — assist in setting up, monitoring and optimizing digital advertising campaigns
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor, analyze and evaluate key marketing metrics (website traffic, campaign performance, conversion rates) and create dashboards
  • Support SEO initiatives and perform keyword research to improve organic search rankings
  • Graphic Design & Visual Assets (20%): Create, adapt and format visual assets for digital ads, social media posts, banners, flyers, etc. — primarily using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express or basic Photoshop/Illustrator (proficiency in at least one is required)
  • Ensure all visual and written materials adhere to brand guidelines and the company’s tone of voice
  • Marketing & Administration (10%): General administrative support and project management

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training (e.g., in dialog marketing, content or media management) or a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in a marketing role (internships count)
  • Proven ability to write clear, persuasive and grammatically correct marketing copy
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Basic working knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools such as Canva or the Adobe Creative Suite (basic Photoshop/Illustrator) to create and edit simple assets
  • Comfortable working with Google Workspace, JIRA and Slack
  • Very good German and English language skills complete your profile
