Responsibilities
Project Portfolio Management: Assist in managing the portfolio of strategic projects (internal and client projects), ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery of value to the company;
Project Governance: Familiarity with project governance processes, including defining methodologies, templates, approval flows, and monitoring rituals (committees, status reports, executive meetings);
Apply and adapt agile (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid methodologies according to the nature of each project;
Executive Reporting: Prepare executive reports and presentations to support decision-making and the prioritization of initiatives on project committee agendas;
Tracking Metrics: Create and monitor performance indicators (KPIs and OKRs), analyze deviations, and propose corrective actions;
Process Optimization: Map and optimize internal processes to increase operational efficiency and improve cross-functional integration;
Integration and Collaboration: Engage and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment;
Provide administrative support routines for the area (updating documentation, managing access and users in corporate tools);
Foster a project management culture and promote best practices across the organization, acting as a technical reference for teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. For technologist degrees, a postgraduate course in Project Management or business-related areas is required;
Postgraduate degree is a plus;
Proven experience in portfolio management in complex environments with multiple simultaneous initiatives;
Experience with project management tools (Azure Boards, Notion);
Knowledge of Qlik Sense to consume and interact with existing dashboards and analytical reports;
Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, PMI-ACP, or equivalent are desirable;
Methodologies: Strong command of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience applying hybrid approaches;
Tools: Advanced Excel and proficiency with presentation and management reporting tools (PowerPoint or similar).
