About the role
- Analista de Gestão de Contratos JR managing contract requests and documentation for Mafra Hospitalar. Collaborating with legal and operations teams to ensure compliance and efficient service.
Responsibilities
- Submit contract requests in Projuris and register systemic contracts in the ERP and other group systems;
- Collect required documentation and approvals and act as an intermediary between suppliers and the Procurement, Legal teams, and contract managers, ensuring compliance with SLAs agreed between areas;
- Proactively monitor balances, deadlines, contractual clauses, and agreements, notifying contract managers and suppliers about adherence to established guidelines and supporting the contract renewal request process;
- Support the supplier notification and demobilization process as requested or when the need is identified;
- Assist the Legal department in drafting and managing the clause library, making amendments or preparing contract drafts as requested or when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (in progress or completed);
- Excel: advanced;
- Experience preparing and reviewing contract drafts;
- Intermediate English is a plus;
- Experience using Projuris and ERP contract modules or other contract management systems is a plus;
- Experience analyzing documents and contracts
