About the role

Full Stack Developer at a health tech company improving wellness solutions through innovative tech. Contributing to app and website development with backend integration.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and evolve high-performance REST APIs and backend services;
Design, develop and enhance features for web applications and platforms with a focus on performance, scalability and user experience;
Work on modern, responsive web applications integrated with the product ecosystem;
Implement integrations with external services (email, payments, authentication, etc.);
Participate in the full development lifecycle: analysis, technical design, coding, testing, deployment and monitoring;
Make technical decisions, define architectural standards and contribute to development best practices;
Identify, diagnose and fix performance and stability issues in backend and web systems;
Perform code reviews to ensure quality, security and adherence to defined standards;
Collaborate with Product Managers (PMs), Designers and other teams to turn product requirements into efficient technical solutions;
Share knowledge, support more junior developers and contribute to the team’s technical growth;
Stay up to date with technology trends and propose continuous improvements.

Solid experience as a full stack developer, working on both backend and web frontend;
Proficiency in React.js;
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript;
Experience developing REST APIs and backend integrations;
Strong knowledge of Java and Spring or equivalent backend technologies (Node.js, .NET, C#, ASP.NET);
Good knowledge of SQL and data modeling;
Experience with CI/CD practices, logging, monitoring and observability;
Experience with microservices or event-driven architectures;
Knowledge of AWS, GCP or Azure;
Experience with APM and monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, etc.)
