About the role

  • Full Stack Developer at a health tech company improving wellness solutions through innovative tech. Contributing to app and website development with backend integration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and evolve high-performance REST APIs and backend services;
  • Design, develop and enhance features for web applications and platforms with a focus on performance, scalability and user experience;
  • Work on modern, responsive web applications integrated with the product ecosystem;
  • Implement integrations with external services (email, payments, authentication, etc.);
  • Participate in the full development lifecycle: analysis, technical design, coding, testing, deployment and monitoring;
  • Make technical decisions, define architectural standards and contribute to development best practices;
  • Identify, diagnose and fix performance and stability issues in backend and web systems;
  • Perform code reviews to ensure quality, security and adherence to defined standards;
  • Collaborate with Product Managers (PMs), Designers and other teams to turn product requirements into efficient technical solutions;
  • Share knowledge, support more junior developers and contribute to the team’s technical growth;
  • Stay up to date with technology trends and propose continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a full stack developer, working on both backend and web frontend;
  • Proficiency in React.js;
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript;
  • Experience developing REST APIs and backend integrations;
  • Strong knowledge of Java and Spring or equivalent backend technologies (Node.js, .NET, C#, ASP.NET);
  • Good knowledge of SQL and data modeling;
  • Experience with CI/CD practices, logging, monitoring and observability;
  • Experience with microservices or event-driven architectures;
  • Knowledge of AWS, GCP or Azure;
  • Experience with APM and monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, etc.)
