About the role

  • Account Executive managing the sales process from client selection to deal closure. Focused on building relationships and driving strategic growth in automotive technologies.

Responsibilities

  • As an Account Executive, you take ownership of the entire sales process.
  • Full responsibility for the sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signing.
  • You select target customers based on strategic fit and build a customer portfolio with >80% alignment.
  • You develop audience-specific outreach and execute it via phone, email, LinkedIn and events.
  • You systematically evaluate business opportunities and actively manage your pipeline.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales of complex services or technical solutions—ideally with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in acquiring new customers and closing deals with economic relevance and strategic fit.
  • Confident negotiation skills for larger project volumes (>€200k–€500k).
  • Experience working with CRM systems, forecasting tools and structured opportunity management.
  • Independent, structured working style with enthusiasm for growth, collaboration and scope for shaping outcomes.
