About the role
- Engineering Manager overseeing complex software projects and team dynamics at Axians. Leading the development team with a focus on quality, budget, and timelines in hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities

- Du übernimmst komplexe Entwicklungsprojekte von der Konzeptionsphase bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe an den Kunden
- Du arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zur Klärung von Projektanforderungen und -zielen zusammen.
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Computerwissenschaften, Mathematik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung in einem größeren Mittelstand bzw. Konzernumfeld
- Dein Fokus liegt auf Empowerment: Du förderst Eigenverantwortung, Selbstorganisation und Innovationsgeist im Team und lebst eine transparente und offene Kommunikation
