About the role

• Lead a software development team creating a modern platform for digitizing business processes. Oversee architecture and mentoring of developers in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• You lead a team of software developers in a disciplinary capacity, remove obstacles for them, and provide technical guidance
• Through regular, critical code reviews and coaching, you ensure a clean, robust, and modern application architecture
• As a passionate and experienced developer, you enjoy tackling challenging coding topics
• You are, or will develop into, the “technical buddy” for our product management team, supporting them with your expertise
• Through regular one-on-one conversations you stay close to your colleagues, identify issues before they escalate, and develop each team member to ensure optimal team performance
• You enjoy networking within the company to discuss and collaborate on problem-solving with development leads from other teams on an equal footing
• You regularly take advantage of our training, further education, and certification offerings to stay current methodologically and technically and to continuously improve

Requirements

• Several years of practical experience as a developer for Business Central or Dynamics NAV (AL)
• Interest in moving into first-line leadership
• Enjoyment of communicating and working with people
• Team-oriented and flexible
• Business-fluent German and good English skills
