About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop modern ERP solutions based on Microsoft Business Central
- Work closely with product management
- Evaluate requirements and find the balance between rapid feature delivery and a clean codebase
- Think in terms of data models and processes
- Support the entire lifecycle: from concept through refactoring to quality assurance
- Document and assist in implementing architectural standards
- Actively contribute in the Scrum team and make technical decisions
Requirements
- Degree in IT, training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent qualification
- Experience designing complex systems
- Solid programming skills — ideally with Microsoft Business Central, ERP logic, and relational databases
- Ability to structure complex requirements
- Open communication within the team
- Confident communication in German and English — both in verbal exchanges and documentation
