About the role
- Senior SAP HCM Consultant supporting clients with SAP implementations and HR solutions in Austria. Seeking candidates with expertise in PA, PY, PT modules and SuccessFactors.
Responsibilities
- Provide 3rd-level consulting for our long-standing clients in the core modules PA (Personnel Administration), PY (Payroll) and PT (Time Management) on SAP OnPremise
- Execute SAP implementation projects, including planning, execution and follow-up, to ensure smooth integration
- Advise on and implement SuccessFactors topics to deliver modern, future-proof HR solutions
- Train clients' key users and support mentoring to foster the successful development of our junior talent
Requirements
- Valuable hands-on experience in SAP HCM consulting (focus on PA, PY and PT)
- Solid knowledge of SAP system customizing
- ABAP skills
- Experience with SuccessFactors
- Enjoy understanding client requirements and developing solutions together
- Confidence in your expertise and willingness to share knowledge
- Verbal and written communication skills in German and English
