About the role

Responsibilities
- You conceptualize and coordinate online campaigns (e.g., on LinkedIn, social media & the corporate website), newsletters, and support internal and external communications.
- You create landing pages, conduct SEO analyses, and design visual content.
- You take on project management (preparation and follow-up, planning, implementation) for internal and external events and trade shows — including cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- You work closely with internal departments, agencies, and service providers and act as the central point of contact for our partners.
- You produce persuasive presentations and references and contribute creative and optimization-focused ideas to our marketing strategy.
Requirements
- Completed degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent training/qualification
- Several years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally with a focus on online campaigns and events/trade shows
- Strong eye for layout and visual storytelling, and confident, target-group appropriate copywriting
- Proficient in PowerPoint and experienced with common graphic and CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Photoshop, Canva) and social media platforms
- Structured way of working, proactive with strong communication skills, organizational talent, and project management abilities
- Willingness to travel within Germany
- Business-fluent German and very good English skills
