About the role
- Senior Cybersecurity Consultant managing IT-Security projects for medium-sized companies and key accounts. Consulting, technical implementation, and acting as a trusted advisor throughout all project phases.
Responsibilities
- Security projects from A to Z: You are responsible for the design, consulting (pre- and post-sales) and technical implementation of IT security projects at large mid-sized companies and our key accounts.
- With freedom to develop individual solutions, you design and implement varied and challenging projects at the client and take on cross-team and cross-department technical project leadership.
- In your central role you act across all project phases and beyond as the customer’s trusted advisor, using your expertise to help them make the right decisions.
- If you wish, you can contribute to technical presentations, marketing events and social media posts.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of professional experience in IT security or information security
- Solid knowledge of common security standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, BSI)
- Experience with security technologies, cloud security, network or application security
- Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills and advisory competence
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor are a plus
