About the role
- Consultant providing SAP HCM solutions and continuous development to clients. Responsible for analysis, planning, and implementation of projects in Austria.
Responsibilities
- Beratung und Betreuung unserer langjährigen Kund*innen sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der SAP-Landschaften
- Aufnahme, Analyse und Konzeption neuer Anforderungen und Geschäftsprozesse
- Erarbeitung und Beratung zu möglichen Lösungen sowie deren Planung und Umsetzung
- Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung nationaler Projekte
- Einschulung der Key User*innen unserer Kund*innen
Requirements
- 2-3 Jahre Erfahrungen im SAP HCM-Bereich mit (z.B. SuccessFactors) oder als Key User*in in der Personaladministration
- Du kommunizierst mündlich und schriftlich sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist aus und hast Freude an der Kommunikation
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und begeisterst Andere mit deiner empathischen, freundlichen und engagierten Persönlichkeit
- Du vertraust in deine eigene Kompetenz und hast großes Interesse an Weiterbildung und -entwicklung
