About the role
- Team Lead in process management focusing on SAP IS-U solutions for a prominent company in Düsseldorf. Steering interdisciplinary teams and ensuring process compliance in billing systems.
Responsibilities
- You lead an interdisciplinary expert team of project managers, process specialists, SAP IS‑U business consultants and external advisors, and further develop the team technically and methodologically.
- You are responsible for the strategic development of complex billing, master data and market communication processes.
- You oversee the design and implementation of regulatory requirements and ensure timely implementation.
- You lead or take responsibility for interdisciplinary projects with high external visibility, e.g., the migration of our SAP IS‑U system to S/4HANA.
- You ensure process and data quality and are responsible for the incident and requirements management process in billing.
Requirements
- A completed degree (Diploma/Master's) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Energy Management or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the SAP IS‑U / SAP CI environment, ideally in billing, invoicing, master data or market communication
- Solid knowledge of energy industry processes as well as regulatory requirements and market rules
- Experience in technical or disciplinary leadership of an expert team and in managing complex projects
- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and the ability to make sound decisions in volatile conditions
- Strong communication and persuasion skills and the ability to convey complex content appropriately to different audiences
- A solution-oriented, hands-on mentality combined with a sense of responsibility and willingness to drive change
