- You are responsible for configuring, administering and monitoring physical and virtual servers as well as SAN and firewall environments.
- You handle customer support and provide technical consulting to our clients.
- You deploy and manage cloud services for our customers.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the IT field or an equivalent qualification
- Initial experience in technical IT
- You are as interested in the human side of IT as you are in the technical aspects
- You enjoy working in a team and interacting directly with employees
- Very good written and spoken German
