Responsibilities
Develop a content strategy for LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
Create audience-relevant posts, Reels and short videos
Plan a regular editorial calendar
Build an authentic, professional brand voice
Design TikTok formats that increase our brand visibility
Trend scouting & rapid implementation of relevant sounds and formats
Manage comments and messages on social media
Create simple visuals/slides
Collaborate with the executive team on messaging, positioning and brand building
Requirements
Fluent in German and English
You live in Munich or are willing to relocate for the internship (on-site role)
You enjoy start-up pace, ownership and responsibility
Initial experience or strong interest in social media marketing (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Comfortable working with modern content formats (short videos, Reels, snippets)
Creative and eager to contribute and rapidly implement your own ideas
Motivated to help build marketing from the ground up
Strong willingness to learn and a hands-on mentality
