Analista de Planejamento Supply Chain Sr managing national ethanol supply planning and logistics. Creating and managing supply plans and coordinating with suppliers in Brazil.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage the national ethanol supply plan (M and M+1), ensuring alignment with commercial, logistics, and financial targets;
Conduct weekly plan reviews, adjusting for demand, supply and seasonal variations;
Coordinate schedules with mills and suppliers, ensuring deadlines and contracted volumes are met;
Monitor daily execution of S&OE, ensuring governance over collection, transfer and supply activities;
Consolidate and analyze market, inventory and sales data to propose internal transfers and new procurements;
Produce reports and presentations for management and executive leadership, providing strategic insights;
Act as the interface between Commercial, Logistics, Operations and external suppliers.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Statistics or related fields.
Organizational and planning skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
Organization of information related to orders, shipping and inventory;
Effective planning of logistics activities, such as receiving and dispatching products.
Knowledge of Logistics and Supply Chain
Understanding of logistics, transportation and storage processes;
Knowledge of logistics flow concepts, inventory management and demand planning;
Familiarity with Supply Chain KPIs (lead time, service level, inventory turnover).
Analytical skills
Ability to collect, analyze and interpret inventory, sales and logistics performance data;
Identify problems and propose process improvements;
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, with a focus on data analysis and report creation.
Effective communication
Ability to communicate clearly with different departments (S&T, Commercial, Infrastructure, Costs, etc.) and external suppliers;
Skill in negotiating lead times and delivery terms with suppliers;
Rapid and clear problem solving, keeping all parties informed.
Management systems skills
Knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP) for control of orders, inventory and procurement processes;
Familiarity with Planning systems (EBP/Supply Planning), Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a differential;
Strong analytical orientation, with thorough verification of the embedded process, knowledge of the national ethanol supply and demand market, main producing mills, optimal supply flows and a view of future market behavior;
Accuracy in inventory control and order follow-up;
Ability to detect inconsistencies in logistics processes and data.
Teamwork
Ability to collaborate with other team members and cross-functional areas;
Willingness to work proactively, assisting colleagues with supply chain-related tasks.
Adaptability and problem solving
Flexibility to deal with sudden changes in the supply chain, such as delays or transportation and pumping issues;
