Responsibilities
Participate in implementations of the HR management ERP (Payroll, Timekeeping, Time Bank, Occupational Health & Safety - SST, eSocial and other modules);
Conduct requirements gathering and mapping of clients' HR and Personnel Department processes;
Configure and parameterize the system according to collective bargaining agreements, internal rules and current legislation;
Configure and validate payroll, contributions and payroll events;
Support correct use of the system in routines such as: Payroll; Electronic timekeeping and time stamp handling; Time bank; Hiring, vacations, terminations and leaves;
Assist clients with submission and validation of eSocial events;
Lead testing, acceptance and validation of the implemented routines;
Deliver functional training to end users;
Advise on best practices and operational workflows to reduce questions and rework after implementation;
Document processes, configurations and guidelines when necessary;
Work closely with internal teams (support, product and projects).
