About the role

  • Real estate lawyer managing civil and real estate litigation, preparing legal documentation and finalizing agreements. Responsibility includes process oversight and routine administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for a portfolio of real estate and civil litigation.
  • Drafting all pleadings and legal documents for the portfolio.
  • Negotiating and concluding settlements.
  • Maintaining entries in the firm's and client's systems.
  • Monitoring case progress and court deadlines.
  • Performing other routine portfolio-related activities.

Requirements

  • Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association).
  • Law degree (undergraduate complete); postgraduate studies in the field of practice preferred.
  • Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law.
  • Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory).
  • Strong writing skills and legal reasoning are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Good communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of work and urgent demands.
  • Proficient oral and written communication.
  • Dependability and consistent attendance.
