About the role
- Statiker:in für Stahlbau und Rohrleitungen, verantwortlich für technische Lösungen bei Actemium in Rheinfelden. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern zur Realisierung von Projekten.
Responsibilities
- Selbstständiges Durchführen von statischen Berechnungen für Rohrleitungs- und Apparatehalterungen (SIA, Eurocode)
- Erarbeiten konstruktiver Details
- Konstruktion der Tragwerke im 3D-Modell
- Rohrleitungsstatik und – planung (EN, ASME)
- Bemessung von Sonderhalterungen für Rohrleitungen (FEM)
- Verbesserung von Prozessen und Vorgehensweisen
- Fachliche Ansprechperson für jüngere Kollegen inkl. Qualitätssicherung
- Technische Koordination in den Projekten
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen, Projektkalkulationen und Abnahmen
- Stellvertretung des Abteilungsleiters
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium als Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor oder Master im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Stahlbau-Planungsprojekten
- Erfahrung in den Branchen Chemie, Pharma oder Biotech von Vorteil
- Verständnis von Kraftflüssen und dem Verhalten von Tragwerken
- Vertrautheit mit Statik-Software von Vorteil, idealerweise mit Dlubal RFEM und Rohr2
- CAD- Kenntnisse und BIM- Erfahrung von Vorteil z. B. Tekla Structures, Tricad MS, E3D, AutoCad Plant 3D, Revit
- Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
