Requirements
10+ years in B2B software sales with senior leadership responsibility
Proven ownership of ARR and subscription revenue growth
Strong experience in enterprise and mid-market solution selling
Solid understanding of SaaS KPIs (ARR, churn, NRR, CAC, LTV)
