About the role

  • Vice President Sales at Verisk responsible for driving B2B software sales growth in Europe. Leading the sales organization and managing revenue targets across the Nordics and Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue and ARR targets across Europe
  • Drive growth across new business, expansion, and renewals
  • Ensure predictable pipeline, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Execute a SaaS-first, value-based sales approach
  • Define segmentation, ICPs, and sales motions
  • Build, lead, and retain high-performing sales teams
  • Align closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success
  • Represent Sales at executive level both internally and externally

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B software sales with senior leadership responsibility
  • Proven ownership of ARR and subscription revenue growth
  • Strong experience in enterprise and mid-market solution selling
  • Solid understanding of SaaS KPIs (ARR, churn, NRR, CAC, LTV)
  • Insurance or regulated-industry experience
  • Multi-country sales leadership in Europe
