About the role
- Intern supporting Infrastructure Management Team with cloud technologies. Gaining hands-on experience alongside engineers in identity services and infrastructure support tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and maintaining identity and access management (IAM) platforms.
- Help develop and maintain automation scripts using Python.
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance.
- Assist with network configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting activities.
- Support API integrations between various identity providers and applications.
- Help document processes, procedures, and technical configurations.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS)

- Programming/scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, or similar languages
- Understanding of identity and access management concepts (authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA)
- Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Knowledge of REST APIs and how to work with them
- Understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems
