Responsibilities

  • Generating insights that shape AI-powered experiences helping people understand and act on their medical data
  • Partnering with product, clinical, and engineering teams to design and test dynamic, personalized care pathways grounded in behavioral science
  • Building a deep understanding of user needs to inform a patient-centered platform for longitudinal health insights
  • Leading end-to-end research to inform personalized care recommendations and health-management experiences

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Social Sciences (Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, etc), Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design or related field or, in lieu of a degree, equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of applied UX research experience
  • Experience leading or supporting Human Factors studies and documentation
  • Strong command of qualitative and quantitative methods and tools (e.g., Dscout, Qualtrics)
  • Experience driving alignment in fast-paced 0→1 environments
