About the role

Responsibilities
- Strategic planning: Contribute to baseline and capital planning as well as the monthly profit forecast.
- Controlling & management: Perform contribution margin calculations at the single-transaction, profit-center and whole-bank levels.
- Risk controlling: Measure and monitor credit, market and other risks relevant to the management of the bank as a whole.
- Reporting: Prepare the risk report and other business performance analyses and evaluations.
- Decision papers: Derive measures for profit and risk management and prepare briefing materials for the Executive Board, Investment Committee and Credit Risk Committee.
- Investment controlling: Regular analysis and monitoring of affiliated companies and subsidiaries.
- Continuous improvement: Participate in the optimization of methods, processes and systems in controlling and risk management.
Requirements
- A degree in economics/business administration or a banking qualification with substantial experience in bank controlling
- Strong analytical skills and solid financial-mathematical knowledge
- Networked, solution-oriented and conceptual thinking
- Independent, precise and structured working style
- Confident use of Microsoft 365; ideally with experience in VR‑Control and agree21
